Great Location
Stayed at the hotel in the heart of Melbourne and it was like being in the middle of a bustling beehive! With so many amazing attractions nearby, it was like having a treasure trove on my doorstep. From the Melbourne Aquarium to the National Gallery of Victoria, there was something for everyone. And don't even get me started on the Eureka Skydeck 88 - the view was simply breathtaking!
Shower leaked.

The reception staff was excellent - so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was well-equiped and comfortable. Location near the Victoria Markets and only a few blocks in the other direction from Bourke Street shopping, was excellent! Some good eating places nearby - with Lygon St and Chinatown, etc close by as well.
It is not made clear that the apartment is only serviced weekly. 1 face washer and 1 hand towel are not enough for 2 people - particularly when towels are not changed - nor is there an opportunity to get more. Shower leaked to outside floor - but the leakage didn't drain, impossible to wipe up without extra towels. Light on in lounge area lights up the bedroom as well. No telephone in the room - and reception staff is available for limited hours. Just a little more clarity regarding the available facilities would help.

Was very convenient, and the facilities that were provided (dishwasher, etc) were sufficient for my 3 night stay
There wasn't a washing machine or dryer in the apartment even though the information booklet said there was a dryer provided. I would've liked to wash my clothes during my stay, but other than that it was good

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of this apartment hotel. The decoration was charming, with beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture that made it feel like a home away from home. As a senior, I appreciated that the general areas were well-kept and easy to navigate. The accessibility features were excellent, with ramps and handrails in place to assist us. It made our stay much more enjoyable and convenient.
I would have loved to have more assistance from the children working there. They were friendly, but sometimes it was difficult to communicate our needs as they seemed busy with other tasks.

It is a very location and close to everything. And the room size are good as well.
The isolation is not good. I stayed in the room 518 one night, it's so noisy, I can not sleep well.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was pleased with the facilities and services provided. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the well-maintained public areas, spacious and modern studio apartments with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity.
The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center or meeting room where I could conduct meetings or work in a quiet environment.

Easy walking distance to the Vic. Market, Myers, David Jones and many restaurants. Secure accomodation. Free tram close by to take you around town.
Not enough room on one side of the bed to get in and out of, and further obstructed by a heater on that wall.

Great location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fully functioning kitchen and high-speed internet. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.
While the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, we did have a few issues with noise from the street outside. the check-in process was somewhat confusing, and it took us a while to figure out where we needed to go to pick up our keys.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the famous markets and trams to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, stocked with everything I needed to cook up a delicious meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. I also appreciated the added convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchenette. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very close to the city, shopping, vic markets & trams right at the door. Very clean as well.
We booked a 1 br apartment, so I expected to have a seperate room for the bedroom but it was only divided by a folding partition. We had a baby with us so it was a bit hard to block the noise & light out when she went to bed.
